Career Accelerator Student Application

Ends on

WakeEd Partnership is thrilled to announce the return of the Career Accelerator program for Wake County Public School students! This program is in its fourth year, and we are excited to bring to students the opportunity to network with local businesses, learning and exploring the pathways available to help students make educated decisions about our local workforce. During the program, students will not only visit businesses on site, they will also: build out a digital portfolio for personal use, establish and build a network of business leaders throughout Wake County, explore career opportunities (some that even start before the end of high school!).

To qualify for the program, students must be: a currently registered WCPSS student; a rising 10th-12th grade student.

This program comes with a paid stipend to students of $150, upon participation and completion of the requirements set forth during the program.

The Career Accelerator program will take place June 23-27, 2025 at ten of WCPSS's local high schools.

We use Submittable to accept and review our submissions.
